These terms cover the Footroll 90' app for iPhone and Android. By using the app you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Footroll 90' is made and published by Tomas Najner, a private person in Slovakia ("we", "us").

2. The game

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own play, not for commercial use. The club names, crests and data in the game are made up. Footroll 90' is not affiliated with any real club, league or competition.

3. Club Pass

• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the price shown in the app until you cancel. To avoid the next payment, cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Club Pass then lasts until the end of that period.
• Lifetime is a single payment with no renewals.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Apple or Google take the payment.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules (see Support). We can't refund store purchases ourselves.
• Free tries: you can play each Club Pass format and size once for free, and one game with 3 or more players. A try is used when that tournament starts, and a started tournament can always be finished.

4. If you got the app from the App Store

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where the two differ, Apple's agreement governs your relationship with Apple.

5. Fair play

Please don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, get around its purchases, or use it to break the law.

6. Changes and availability

We may update the game, add or change features, or change these terms. When the terms change, the "Last updated" date changes, and we mention important changes in the store listing. We provide the app as it is, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

7. Law

Slovak law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim in the courts there.
